MEII-5060S is a new engraving and milling machine, suitable for large molds. The frame is double column design and is extremely rigid. It features an imported ball screw, rectangular linear guide rail, and imported servo motors. The Z-axis is pneumatic and very stable. It comes with an Italian 4.5KW high effectional spindle and a three phase inverter and has high rotational speed cutting. At lower rotational speed because of the high torque spindle, when using large diameter cutting tools, helps the tool to not break or chip. The machine comes with a hand remote that has a dial knob. It is easy and quick to operate and comes with a 15 inch LCD monitor, so the workflow between man and machine is very flowing.This machine is suited for large scale molds, plastic injection molds, brass and copper EDM electrodes, aluminum work, and you can have the option of a fourth axis, a rotating spindle.
